The time frame for when you will start seeing results is dependent upon each person individually. However, for a rough timeline and if you are consistent with the plan, results could be noticed in as little as 3 weeks.
YES I DO! Nutrition is arguably just as important as lifting weights and building muscle; they go hand-in-hand. Without one, the other will fail and this is why I offer all of the people I train my nutrition plan along with complementary recovery exercises for the "Personal Training" plan along with the "Group Training" plan.
Personal connections with clients is what I pride myself with! Every single person as their own story to tell and I'm someone trying to help you in the next steps of your very unique story!
